This page explains how users can permanently delete their account and all associated personal data stored on our servers.

How to Delete Your Account

The mobile application provides a built-in Account Deletion button in home page. Users must complete the deletion request from within the app.

Information Required for Deletion

To ensure secure account deletion and proper identity verification, the app requires the user to submit the following details:

• Access Token — verifies the logged-in user.

Data Deletion Endpoint

The deletion request is processed through the following secure API endpoint:

https://jykzwzyrbywgerlfbmvv.supabase.co/functions/v1/auth-otp/delete-account

The request includes the user's access token, used solely for verification and processing the deletion request.

Data Deleted After Confirmation

• Account credentials
• Profile information
• MPIN information
• App usage data and saved preferences
• All other personal data associated with the account
